Rationale: This course will focus on practical knowledge of horticulture including modern nursery management, plant propagation, preparation of seedbed, planting methods and postharvest management of different horticultural crops.  

 

Objectives:

The students will be able to

ILO-1: understandmodern nursery management;

ILO-2: practice different methods of plant propagation;

ILO-3: know preparation of seedbed and raising of seedlings

ILO-4: understand the harvesting and postharvest management of different horticultural crops.
